Precision in Every Detail

A handcrafted rug is more than a decorative piece—it is an investment designed to be enjoyed for generations. At Yashvi Carpet, quality is embedded into every stage of our manufacturing process, from the careful selection of raw materials to the final finishing and packaging.

Every rug is closely monitored throughout production by experienced supervisors and skilled craftsmen, ensuring consistency in construction, color accuracy, texture, carving, and finishing. Any variation identified during production is corrected immediately to maintain the highest standards of craftsmanship.

Before dispatch, each rug undergoes a comprehensive quality inspection to verify dimensions, finishing, color consistency, texture, workmanship, and overall appearance. Only after meeting our strict quality standards is a rug approved for packing and shipment.

This uncompromising attention to detail ensures that every Yashvi Carpet reflects the exceptional quality, durability, and craftsmanship our customers expect.

Our Inspection Protocol

The 4-Stage Quality Check

1. Fiber Testing

We test wool fiber lengths (minimum 80mm long-staple New Zealand wool) and grade silk purity to guarantee high tensile strength and minimal initial shedding.

2. Knot Density Auditing

Our quality supervisors use specialized counting glasses to verify that the knots per square inch (KPI) match the custom design specifications exactly.

3. Color Fastness Checks

We subject yarn samples to rapid washing and UV exposure chambers to ensure that the colors will not run, bleed, or fade under direct sunlight.

4. Alignment & Trim Inspection

Finished rugs are laid flat on a calibration grid to check sizing tolerance (maximum +/- 1%) and ensure that the backing is perfectly rectangular.
